Returns for Unused Items
If your item is unused, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be free from dirt, dust, or fragrance, and must be in their original packaging and the condition in which they were received.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the shipping fee will depend on the courier service you choose.
However, if the return is due to a mistake on our end—such as an item damaged in transit or an incorrect item sent—Oakmere & Co. will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
